Hanami flower viewing, the Japanese traditional custom of enjoying the transient beauty of flowers.

What looked to be a small shrine turns into a nice surprise.

Found what looks like a shrine path to a secluded area of Tokyo.

Entering the main torii gate of the path, then up the hill leading to the shrine.

All of a sudden bam some of the most beautiful sakura I have seen yet on the top of a little hill surrounded by Tokyo.

The pure white, contrast so much on the blue canvases they use to sit on.

Overlooking the city that grows ever bigger the sakura holds firm and makes Tokyo better for it.
